Healthy Halloween recipe: Pumpkin Bread

PUMPKIN BREAD
1 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pumpkin purée 1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer or by hand. Grease a 9 x 5 x
3-inch pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350° F.
