Buying fair trade helps developing countries, helps small-scale farmers earn a living wage;, and protects the environment.

Fair trade is important because it means that I’m buying products that haven’t been produced with policies I don’t agree with.

I am all about fairness for farmers. I live in farm country so this is important to me. Strengthening communities is also a very important aspect.

I feel better buying Fair Trade products because I feel like I’m doing my little what I can to support humane working conditions in places around the globe.

One of my reasons to buy fair trade is to pass the message along to my kids and let them know why we are making the choice over another brand.

We try to buy fair trade coffee and chocolate. Fair trade ensures that the farmer is not being exploited, and the program promotes sustainability and social justice. It’s a good deal for all!

For me it is knowing that the people producing the items are not being over worked for nothing they get paid fairly just as I would want to be

Because Fair Trade helps to make sure that the farmers are being supported and treated equitabley for producing the goods we enjoy.
