We will be going to a sustainable pumpkin patch this weekend to pick out our pumpkin!

This year, our Trunk or Treat event at our church will incorporate a green component to it! My kids can’t wait!

I’m not attending any special events per se. Our own Halloween at home will be green though!

We are attending a candy car and chili event at our church also. A safer way to keep kids close and safe treats to eat! We love it. We try to live as green as possible so it wont change any that day… YEAH!

I’ve just started looking into green halloween activities and haven’t planned any yet! So, no green halloween events for us yet.

We are going to a fall fun fest at our church this Friday and my son’s school will have a green-ish party on Halloween. His school is a green school so they recycle just about everything and encouraging the kids to find ways to re-use things.

We went to the costume swap
We are also going to a pumpkin patch this week and we use everything out of the pumpkin for food.

I was working on my sons “Green” costume all day today. He is going as a pirate skeleton that I am making out of a repurposed skirt and sweat pants bought at the thrift shop. My other child is being green this Halloween by wearing his brothers costume from last year

I haven’t seen any. But we go to some local farms that are green..there is a corn maze, pumpkin patch, etc.

We are staying at home and only going to a few houses so our son can participate. This way we dont end up with tons of candy Shen he’s only allowed a few

we aren’t attending any “green” events per-say, but we are making our costumes from home, and reusing materials to make decorations.

We went to the local apple orchard to support local agriculture instead of buying apples from the grocery store. And we hope to attend a green event to make our own treat bags.

This year our little one will be 14 months old. We’re going to a downtown day time event for the little ones. We also only buy all natural / organic candy, though no one makes the trek up the hill to come to our house!

We won’t be able to attend any official events, but they sound fantastic–Green Halloween is the best idea ever!!

We tried to do a costume swap again this year, but the two near us were a bust. We’re planning on going to the festival on the 29th in Sammamish.

My kids go to a Montessori school where it’s green everyday! So, if attending the party at their school counts, then we’re participating!

The greenhallween event we will be attending is at our home. Passing out treats and doing some crafts. =)
